HEALTH POLICIESALL PUPPIES MUST BE IN GOOD HEALTH
VACCINATIONS ARE REQUIRED There are a variety of vaccination schedules available. Scott-Fox Puppy Preschool recommends the core vaccination schedule below https://www.hemopet.org/dodds-vaccination-protocol-dogs-2016/ OUR COMMITMENT TO A CLEAN PERSONAL SPACE In order to provide a safe, clean environment for all puppies, each of our puppy pupils will be assigned their own pod, with their own bedding, toys, crate and exercise pen. IN CASE OF ILLNESS Any puppy that appears to be ill will be isolated until the owner(s) can come pick up the sick puppy. We will also require your veterinarian to verify your puppy is in good health before he or she can return to Scott-Fox Puppy Preschool. EMERGENCIES We hope there won’t be any need, but in the rare event of an emergency, Scott-Fox Puppy Preschool will administer preliminary first-aid and arrange for transportation to a veterinarian when necessary. We will make every effort to contact you and/or your local emergency contact and your veterinarian. If we are not able to consult with you or your designee, we will take reasonable measures to assure the safety of your puppy, according to the signed authorization in the Puppy Preschool Client Form. Scott-Fox Puppy Preschool will arrange to transport your puppy to your veterinarian (within a 5-mile radius), another local veterinarian, or an after-hours clinic. Transportation fees will be applied and charged to your account. Veterinarian charges will be either billed directly to you or passed on to you without mark-up. |
